Express Booking Form Troubleshooting

It’s been a year since you’ve been here to book in your annual fit test and now the website booking form is completely different – what gives?

On desktop it’s all pretty self explanatory but on mobile? Depending on your device, what version of iOS or android you’re using, or what model your phone is – some elements may display differently.

So here’s a quick guide through the new Express Booking Form which you can use for booking a single respiratory fit test, your student placement fit test (with 2x tests) or your audiometric assessment (hearing test).

There are 3 steps to booking, the first is pretty standard, full name, billing address, email and if you’re a student – your ID & which university/school you attend.

Step 2 of 3 is booking your appointment. You’re able to select location, which service you’d like and staff. All 3 of the drop down menus need to be completed before the calendar for selection loads.

Once you select your preferred date, all of the available time slots for that day will be shown. Any days that are unavailable will be blacked out.

Now, this is where depending on your device, you may have to scroll within the calendar in order to find the available time slots. Once you’ve selected your preferred date, if the time slots do not immediately show as below, please scroll.
